I am Bakytbek Satybekov, Director of Alliance on Civic Initiatives Promotion, which is based in Bishkek-city, Kyrgyz Republic.

My NGO is promoting values of open Government Partnership in Kyrgyz Republic and in Central Asia and focusing on issues related with transparency and accountability of the public finance as well as citizens engagement in decision making processes on national and local levels.  

Pubic procurement as an integral part of public finance is very important for Alliance on Civic Initiatives Promotion. In previous period due to our efforts Public Procurement Department took commitments to do reforms for make public procurement more transparent and accountable for public. it was work on policy level and now I am planning to increase citizens engagement in monitoring and establish a community of civil activists in public procurement monitoring area.
