Cross-cutting Policy Space (CPS) analytical framework will integrate the traditional dimensions of policy space (fiscal, monetary and external) with the emerging cross-cutting issues, including climate and health. Based on this analytical framework, a dynamic dashboard will be developed to track and monitor the global policy space (including AEs, EMs, and LICs) relative to climate and health conditions.
